02Scope
This policy complements our KVKK Information Notice and applies where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, for example when we interact with partners and investors in Europe.
03Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose or as required by law (for example 10 years for commercial records under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and 8 years for AML records under Law No. 5549), then delete, destroy or anonymise it. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect it.
04Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact info@onecapital.com.tr.
