Identity data (name, surname, title), contact data (e-mail, telephone, company), professional data, information you share about investment opportunities, and transaction security data (IP address, log records) collected when you visit this site or write to us by e-mail.

We process data to respond to enquiries, evaluate investment proposals and partnerships, carry out membership and investor due diligence (KYC), comply with legal obligations including Law No. 5549 on the Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime, and ensure information security. Legal grounds under KVKK Article 5/2: performance of a contract, legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, and our legitimate interests; and your explicit consent where required.

Data may be shared with Tat Group companies, legal and financial advisers, auditors, IT service providers and authorised public institutions. Transfers abroad (for example to e-mail or hosting providers) are made in line with KVKK Article 9, as amended by Law No. 7499, using standard contracts notified to the Personal Data Protection Authority or other appropriate safeguards.

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, know the recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to automated outcomes against you, and claim compensation for damage. Send requests to info@onecapital.com.tr or in writing to our address under the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller. We respond within 30 days, free of charge.
